Description

Construction Project Manager - National Travel - Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end construction of cleanrooms across various locations nationwide.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations on all job sites.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
  • Monitor progress and quality during key project phases, addressing any issues promptly.

Profile

Construction Project Manager - National Travel - Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction
  • MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom or Lifescience project experience
  • Engineering Degree is a plus
  • Procore/Bluebeam efficient

Job Offer

Construction Project Manager - National Travel - Will Receive:

  • Up to $165k base
  • Annual Bonus
  • $50 per Diem
  • $150 / week out of town pay
  • Paid Housing
  • 2-3 weeks PTO
  • 401k 3% match
  • Overtime pay
  • 2 weeks on-site, long weekend home
  • Travel expenses covered
  • $500/M Vehicle allowance
