What are we looking for in our Brand Manager ?

Brand Manager
Contract: Through Feb 2025
PR: 50-70/hr Depending on YOE
Hybrid, Boston MA

Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal Marketing Plans & Briefs: Manage the seasonal marketing plan and brand briefs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal strategies, consumer insights, creative direction, and marketing levers.
  • Seasonal Concept Maps: Lead the creation and development of seasonal brand concept maps that align with overall strategy.
  • Consumer Insights: Champion North America consumer insights through both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform region-specific strategies.
  • Market Insights & Trends: Uncover key insights about consumers, trends, competitors, and the marketplace to keep the marketing function informed.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate connectivity across regional and global teams to share ideas and extend strategies to enhance brand moments.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate results from key initiatives in collaboration with leadership teams to derive learnings and guide future strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement seasonal marketing strategies with a consumer-first approach.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, with the ability to gather and leverage qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and coordination within large teams.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on results and key learnings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
