Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives
  • Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise

Profile

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with expertise in cleanroom construction or similar highly regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on cleanroom design and construction methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at various project sites nationwide
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
