Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Superintendent with a strong background in both multifamily and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment on job sites.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in both multifamily and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite and within an hour's commute of Boston.
