The Role

The Director, Strategy reports to the VP, Head of New and Emerging Partnerships and will facilitate the ongoing development and articulation of an integrated growth strategy that supports business partners in achieving their strategic priorities. This role will collaborate with key partners, including FCFE leaders and their strategy leads, as well as leaders across business units.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Proven critical thinking partner with experience in strategy and planning teams or strategic consulting projects. Exceptional listener driven by curiosity and a deep desire to understand different perspectives. Outstanding ability to articulate complex strategy in an accessible, persuasive, and compelling visual and written manner that drives FCFE and partners to action and influences decision-making. Strong proficiencies in written, verbal, and graphic modes of communication. Capacity to effectively synthesize analysis and research into an integrated growth strategy complete with insights and practical recommendations. Track record of partnering with operational teams to translate strategy into execution. Comfort working across operating models and with cross-functional teams. Commitment to managing the opportunity pipeline, visioning, development, and ongoing evolution of a strategic roadmap related to FCFE's emerging partnerships. Proven track record building business plans and metrics that align strategy to scorecards. Understanding of segment strategy, in particular related to the brokerage business. 5-8+ years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience. MBA degree or equivalent experience preferred (or similar experience).
