Human Resources Associate

Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Human Resources Associate to work in either Westlake, TX; Boston, MA; or Smithfield, RI!



The Role

As a member of the TalentSource HR team, you will have the opportunity to partner with TA, HR, Fidelity TalentSource and with business partners across the firm in the management and delivery of high-quality HR support to our temporary employees and their hiring managers. The HR Associate performs administrative and HR Functions to support the offer and onboarding phases of the recruitment life cycle.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years professional work experience; HR or recruiting experience considered a plus
  • Ability to work across a large organization and implement quickly against multiple priorities
  • Passionate about the candidate experience
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects at a time
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with managers and provide HR consultation to guide and advise them on a wide range of issues
  • Strong sense of urgency, a high degree of accuracy, and are solution oriented
  • Your organizational and customer focus skills are key strengths
  • Process focused with an ability to implement standards and improve processes
  • Demonstrable ability to be successful executing against a broad range of work or topics
  • Independent and collaborative worker with other team members and business partners on developing solutions to issues
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
