Salary: $135,000 - $170,000

Job Description:

A dynamic full-service law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join its team. The firm represents businesses, business owners, and individuals in a wide range of legal areas, including business and corporate law, litigation, estate planning and administration, employment law, taxation, intellectual property, and nonprofit representation. Known for providing top-tier legal services without the high costs associated with larger markets, this firm offers a collaborative environment and meaningful client work.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions from small to large-sized businesses.
  • Provide counsel to clients on business and corporate matters, including contract negotiation and strategic planning.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Collaborate with the firm's business law team on complex transactional matters.
  • Support clients throughout all phases of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

Qualifications


  • J.D. from an accredited law school in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of M&A experience.
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Experience with business law and corporate transactions preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Salary range of $135,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience.
