About you
As the Regional Manager, Platform Success, you'll be responsible for onboarding, training, and promoting Colliers technology platform and related tools and data resources both internally and externally. You'll collaborate with national and regional teams to increase awareness and adoption of various applications and technologies through presentations, live demos, best practice sharing, and toolkit development. Working closely with the product development team, you'll gather user feedback and support product enhancement efforts in partnership with national and regional marketing. The ideal candidate excels in public speaking and presenting technical topics in a compelling manner that emphasizes end-user value. This role demands strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities under tight deadlines. Exceptional writing, project management, organizational, and technical skills are essential for executing platform training and education programs.
In this role, you will
Serve as the technology champion and expert for local markets in the region, and lead training and education for multiple applications, including enhancing presentation materials and toolkits for users, and hosting recurring training and education calls
Keep regional and local stakeholders apprised of national technology initiatives, key updates, and best practices. Oversee tracking and reporting success of all marketing pitches and presentations to Market Leader, Operations Manager, and Regional Director.
Create multi-channel communication and training plans to support platform awareness and drive elective engagement supporting new product rollouts, product enhancements, and education opportunities in alignment with national and regional marketing efforts
Develop and deliver tracking reports, presentations, and analytics on the progress of priorities, goals, activities, and programs; monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and annual presentations and reporting
Confidently deliver clear value propositions and use cases for technologies and applications, by tool, service application, audience and/or other appropriate approach
Track competitive technology, tool and data information competitors use from various sources
What youll bring
5-8 years of relevant Customer/Platform Success experience - Experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
Commercial Real Estate experience is a must
Project and Program Management experience is a must
Bachelors degree in related field required
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an understanding articulating client value
Well organized and with excellent time management skills and ability to interface with top level executives

Area/Location Specific: Various Locations (Hybrid)
Approximate salary range for this Role: $72,653 to $125,000 annually
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
