A day in the life.

As our National Business Insurance Partnerships Leader, on the National Business Insurance team, you will be responsible for managing relationships between national insurance carriers and MMA. The National BI Partnerships Leader will serve as a conduit for key business issues, facilitates carrier support and participation in key MMA initiatives, optimizes the utilization of carrier and wholesale markets, and supports field sales, marketing, and claims teams in resolving carrier-specific issues. You will negotiate agreements with key partners and collaborate with placement, business, and team leaders to ensure strategic carrier activities align with organizational goals. As the National BI Partnership Leader, you will need to travel, approximately 30-45% of the time.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

7+ years of experience in the business insurance industry, including experience within a broker/agency environment (preferably with a portion of that time in a sales role).

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives as well as insurance carriers

Strong organizational and communication skills

Thorough command of property/casualty markets and products

The applicable base salary range for this role is $127,170.00-$237,300.00 The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
