Job description
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid optional – one day remote.
The firm offers a collaborative environment and great benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting attorneys with complex transactional matters including corporate law, commercial real estate, and trusts and estates
• Drafting and filing business entity documents
• Conducting UCC searches
• Preparing real estate closing binders, tax returns, and estate planning documents
• Corresponding with clients
• Tracking deadlines and calendaring
• Performing legal research
Requirements:
• 5+ years of recent transactional paralegal experience
• Strong MS Office knowledge including Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Great time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
