The Role

As a Program Manager supporting Fidelity Corporate Technology Group (CTG) critical initiatives, you are responsible for delivering quality solutions that meet business objectives by providing strong program management expertise throughout the life of the program. The CTG Program Management group supports Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, Legal and Finance technology critical initiativesd.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP is preferred.
• 5-10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream, multi-year technology programs.
• Financial services experience preferred, but not required.
• Agile experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Experience presenting program updates to executive leadership.
