Description:

Implement and support applications with the health system's environment-Primarily Tecsys and Epic OpTime or Epic Cupid.

Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze issues with the Tecsys application, to ensure that the application is functioning as expected.

Manage and deliver problem identification and resolution

Gather business requirements from stakeholders
