Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a well-established company located in Burlington, MA seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Three-way Accounts Payable processing including:
  • Coding payments
  • Printing checks
  • Scanning invoices and backup
  • Process stops, voids, and retrieve checks
• Assist with the completion of 1099's
• Process expense reports
• Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary

Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and one major ERP
• Understanding of the accounting process and GAAP
