Description
Responsibilities:
- Process Development and Optimization: Design, implement, and enhance manufacturing processes to boost production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Project Management: Manage engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project success and effective implementation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and conducting training sessions to improve skills.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet product specifications and conduct root cause analyses for quality issues.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Medical Technical Service and/or training, with advanced knowledge of medical devices, including QMS and document control.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as with suppliers and customers, while demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong skills in presenting recommendations and summarizing complex issues clearly and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to cultivate and mentor a high-performance technical service team, ensuring accountability and driving results.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities and multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with attention to detail and organizational skills.
