Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Regeneron Genetic Medicines Clinical Development Unit (RGM CDU) Auditory team based in the Cambridge office. You will play a pivotal role in providing support to the RGM CDU Auditory team, reporting into the Executive Director. You will also collaborate with other admins and Cambridge-site colleagues to facilitate site events.

As an Administrative Coordinator, a typical day might include:

  • Providing general and individualized administrative support to leaders and team as assigned
  • May support other team members in administrative related logistics
  • May be responsible for ordering office supplies
  • Assisting in event planning for team with supervisor
  • Basic understanding of REGN policies and procedures
  • Basic understanding of team responsibilities and key resources
  • May be involved with ad-hoc departmental projects
  • May provide back up support as other administrators may be out of office
  • Organizing team events, booking travel (air, ground, hotel) and conference registrations, and completing expense reports for assigned leader and team
  • Working alongside the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team raising requisitions and supporting set-up and management of relationships with vendors and service providers (shared with other admins)
  • Working in partnership with other administrators to plan site events (approximately once a month) including scheduling, coordinating of agendas, placing in-house meeting catering orders, and providing set-up/clean-up as needed
  • May provide support as needed for onboarding/offboarding employees located in the Cambridge office including coordinating with IT/Facilities for equipment supply, office space, etc.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant administrative experience. 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. This role is on-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts with a minimum of 3 days on-site/weekly. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Concur, and teleconference systems with the ability to assist with advanced troubleshooting is required.
