Description

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:

  • Lead the construction of multifamily, wood-frame projects from groundbreaking to completion 60M+
  • Manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics for efficient project delivery
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all team members and external partners

Profile

The right candidate will have:

  • Construction Superintendent experience with a GC/developer (8+ years)
  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large ground-up multifamily projects, ideally $60M+ wood frame
  • Strong tenure with reputable general contractors
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Familiarity with construction/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
  • 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
  • 30-Hour OSHA (preferred)
