We are seeking an ERP Specialist/Business Analyst to optimize our clients ERP systems and support our food and beverage manufacturing operations in Danvers, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP, SQL for data analysis, and troubleshooting.

Description

Position Overview:
As an ERP Specialist/Business Analyst, you will be integral to managing and optimizing our clients ERP systems. Your expertise will help streamline processes and improve data integrity across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and implement ERP solutions that align with our clients manufacturing processes.
  • Refer to tables and run SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for user requests and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to enhance system proficiency.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and ERP developments.

Profile

Key Skills and Qualifications for the ERP Business Analyst:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in ERP systems with strong SQL skills for data management and reporting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting system requests and implementing enhancements.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
