Description

Quality Engineer:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Metal works / metal finishing
  • Electropolishing, electrochemical process, electroplating, anodizing, etc.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and product quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Review and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
  • Work directly with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Profile

Quality Engineer:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control processes.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and customer interactions.
  • Attention to detail and precision in quality assessments and documentation.
  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to identify quality trends.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with the ability to train and guide production staff on quality standards.
  • Prior experience or understanding of surface finishing or electropolishing processes is a plus.
