Description

  • Project Support: Assist in managing project scopes and ensuring timelines are met, from inception through completion, for ground-up builds and complex renovation projects.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive client relationships, ensuring needs are understood and met.
  • Software Utilization: Use Procore, PlanGrid, and Sage 300 for effective project documentation and team communication.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors to drive project milestones.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction management, ideally with ground-up building experience in apartments, healthcare, or educational projects.
  • Project Background: Proven ability to manage projects $10M+ in value.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Procore, PlanGrid, and Sage 300.
