• The Opportunity: The Senior Accountant is a newly created role that will report directly to the CFO. This role will offer variability, complexity, and visibility with the opportunity to grow to the Controller position and build out your own team.

• The Commute: Hybrid work week with two days in the Lexington Office and three days work-from-home.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include but are not limited to:

• Full accounting cycle functions, including inter-company transactions and month-end close process
• System administration for accounting system and various subsystems
• Preparation of audit schedules and work with external auditors
• Establish new processes in support of new programs and initiatives
• Position provides key opportunity for driving process improvements and metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
• 3+ years of accounting experience
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
