Job description

Position Summary Odyssey Systems is recruiting for an Associate Program Manager supporting the C5ISR Group and large DoD contracts. This contract is based out of Hanscom AFB location with additional locations at other Air Forces Bases around the US. This role will be supporting executive leadership with various aspects of contract deliverable compliance, our Integrated Service Delivery Team processes, group communication, coordination with Talent Acquisition and HR, and team process improvement. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Lincoln, MA. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: C5ISR Group Management, HB Integrated Service Delivery Team, and Process Management Support: Support C5ISR executive leadership in effectively managing major DoD contracts. Play a critical role as part of the HB Integrated Service Delivery Team. Develop, integrate, and manage HB CDRLs. Lead, support, and participate in C5ISR process improvements. Lead and assist in Group communication initiatives Lead and assist Program Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various efforts/projects related to talent acquisition, managing vacancies and HR processes. Coordinate cross-functional Odyssey teams, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to company/program goals, with special emphasis on the Manpower report and assisting the AZS PM with recruiting/staffing information. Talent Acquisition Coordination: Coordinate and allocate upcoming opening / vacancies to vendors through applicant tracking software Manage first to fill tracking and reporting Report and brief metrics on vendor recruitment and candidate activity regularly Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Expertise in Tools and Software: Leverage experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes. Assist with the collaboration of MS Teams/ZOOMGOV platform for seamless communications. Subcontractor Collaboration and Team Meetings: Lead meetings with subcontractors related to vacancies, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring alignment with program objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the overall vacancy process effectively. Interface and act as POC with vendors as needed. Data Management and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for process enhancement and strategic decision-making. Documentation and Compliance: Assist with Monthly CDRLS and other reports delivered to the Government. Assisting with taking minutes at CDRL and FMER reviews. Managing a consolidated execution LOE, as updated from contract mods. Assist with standardization and quality of operations level briefings to internal and external customers. Continuous Learning, Industry Awareness, and other duties: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and advancements in HR technology. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Years of Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in program management or related field Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Active Secret Technical Skills Proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint in particular Experience supporting large and dynamic groups Experience supporting complex projects Previous experience in corporate management team Experience in corporate communication planning and execution Experience in implementing process organization improvements DoD contracting support or experience is preferred Proficiency with iCIMS ATS Database management is a plus Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief to all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a cross-functional organization Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data.
