MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON)
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at JGS Lifecare, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around ensuring exceptional care for our residents while supporting an efficient nursing team. You will coordinate with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations within the facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and excellence in patient care. Additionally, you will mentor and guide our Registered Nurses (RNs) and nursing staff, fostering a culture of problem-solving and innovation. Daily tasks will include conducting rounds to assess resident care, addressing any concerns promptly, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
You will also play a key role in training new nursing staff, reinforcing our core values of empathy and customer-centricity. Expect to engage in dynamic team meetings to strategize improvements while maintaining a fun and flexible work environment that prioritizes both residents and staff alike.
