Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing Real Estate and Development company in the search for a Human Resources Generalist.

  • Report directly to the VP of Finance

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include but are not limited to:

  • Manage benefits administration including 401k management
  • Maintains human resource information system
  • Schedule new-employee orientations and handle all employee onboarding
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations and recommended bet practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Employee engagement including planning company events and outings

Human Resources Generalist requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR/Business Administration or experience equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
