The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court. Medical Malpractice Attorney Requirements:


  • 2 years litigation experience preferred
  • Experience or interest in medical malpractice, professional liability or related practices
  • Experience in discovery, motions, trial preparation or direct trial experience preferred
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
  • Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
  • Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
  • Licensed in NH in good standing
