Job Description: The Juicerista Team Lead is expected to be a team leader at Naturel Juicing with the primary responsibility of juicing, preparing fresh smoothies, bowls, toast, other menu items as well as taking orders. This individual is also expected to work side by side with the Manager to provide necessary trainings to new hires and take the lead in certain business operation tasks such as taking inventories, keeping track of perishable supplies, and ensuring that the space is up to all standards. Skills: This position seeks an individual with experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. The ideal candidate for this position has the following skill sets: great customer service skills, high attention to details, good at following directions, ability to communicate effectively with customers, has strong leadership qualities, and can work independently and trustworthy. Hours: This part time position with hours on a needed basis.
