BEHAVORIAL HEALTH MANAGER - School Based Health Center Harrington Elementary School

In this role you will:

Work with nursing and primary care leaders foster the integration of BH and primary care.
Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Participate in program development.
Participate in quality improvement activities.
Focus on participating in and developing programming focused on health behavior change in the context of chronic disease management.

The successful applicant will offer:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling
Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
