Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients utilizing their expertise in trigger point therapy, inpatient and outpatient settings, and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in improving patients' quality of life through personalized treatment plans and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall function.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience in hospital medicine, clinic settings, or home community care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.49 - $53.57 per hour
