Print Operate Specialist
Marlborough, ma(onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy machines, document imaging systems, and document image handling software.
• Use MS Office and Email systems for opening, sending, and retrieving files, and follow protocols for accessing document management systems.
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality checks on convenience copiers, clearing jams and notifying technicians of issues.
• Maintain management reports, inventory of supplies, and distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail as required.
• Calculate charges for jobs, maintain billing logs, and respond to service calls from customers.
• Perform filing duties, deliver completed jobs, and maintain daily meter and service logs.
• Travel between customer buildings as needed, answer customer questions, and ensure copier areas are stocked and clean.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and building occupant moves, and perform occasional cleaning and light maintenance duties.
• Operate bindery equipment, postage meters, calculators, and other office machines.
• Assist with meeting room setups and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, with 1 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver s license and auto insurance may be required.
• Experience in copy job operations preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in PC and office machines.
• Basic mathematical and filing skills.
