Objective:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Grant Writer to join our dynamic team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a background in researching relevant grants, crafting proposals, and a proven track record of successful grant applications. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and managing grant proposals to support our strategic objectives in the Long Term Care arena.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential funding sources from Government agencies, foundations and other organizations.
  • Draft proposals based on funders requirements and the organization's needs.
  • Submit applications on behalf of the Long-Term Care Clients.
  • Maintain grant record applications.
  • Work closely with the client organization's team to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Respond to queries from funders and provide additional information as needed.

Required Education Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelors degree in Communication, Journalism or Public Relations, with 2-4 years' experience.

  • Knowledge of MS suite.
  • 5% travel within USA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Independent decision making skills
