Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement - Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Yield Optimization - Monitor and adjust processes to improve yields and reduce waste.
  • Hands-On Involvement - Actively participate in production activities and collaborate with the production crew.
  • Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve process-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance - Oversee the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
  • Documentation - Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and performance metrics.
  • Compliance - Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing, with a background in textiles or chemicals highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Hands-On Ability: Willingness and ability to work directly on the production floor and collaborate closely with the production team.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing process data and implementing improvements to enhance yields and efficiency.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with production staff and document process changes.
