Description

The key responsibilities of the Estimator:

  • Prepare estimates for general contracting healthcare and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with the company owners or Senior Estimator, depending on experience.
  • Use Procore for estimating (training available if not familiar).
  • Assist in maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Profile

The Successful Estimator:

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating, ideally in healthcare or commercial construction.
  • Ability to work in a close-knit, collaborative team environment.
  • Procore experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills for working directly with clients and vendors.

Job Offer

  • Salary: $100K-$175K, based on experience.
