We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects valued at $60M and above. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of our projects from inception to completion

Description

The key responsibilities of the Lead Superintendent include

  • Lead and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on site.

Profile

The successful candidate will have

  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects.
  • Strong background in general contracting with a solid tenure in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from start to finish, effectively managing teams and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
