What Youll Do:
Assist in the development and review of both pre-bid and post-award CPM schedules.
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to build project narratives that align with production and budget.
Keep MS Project schedules up-to-date by coordinating monthly progress with project teams.
Collaborate with external Project Schedule Consultants on deadlines and revisions.
Attend schedule review meetings and maintain detailed meeting minutes.
Help develop RFPs and proposal schedules for new preconstruction and bid opportunities.
Travel occasionally to project sites throughout Massachusetts to assist project teams.

What Were Looking For:
Experience in construction management with a focus on project scheduling.
Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques
Experience with P6 Scheduling

This role is based at our Quincy, Massachusetts office and includes occasional visits to project sites throughout the state.
