Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately enter vendor invoices and ensure they meet company policies and deadlines.
• 3-Way Matching: Verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure all necessary approvals are in place before processing payments.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Review and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and internal records, ensuring timely adjustments.
• Record Maintenance: Organize and file accounts payable documentation to comply with audit and retention policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to resolve invoice or payment issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required.
