KidSHINE, a leading North Shore pediatric occupational therapy clinic, is seeking a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team! This after school and Saturdays hourly role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children while growing professionally in a supportive and fun environment.

What You'll Do:
Champion Consistent Care: Provide occupational therapy to children with varied diagnoses and needs, utilizing traditional and innovative approaches, including our trademarked EXERSHINEkids POWER Bootcamp Program.
Play-Based Therapy: Use meaningful activities and a play-based approach to focus on each child's interests, hidden strengths, and talents.
Group Programs: Lead bootcamp groups, KidSHINE birthday parties, and summer group programs, integrating fitness and exercise into sessions.
Collaboration and Communication: Participate in collaborative care with the clinical team, write daily SOAP notes, and communicate with parents after each session.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is Licensed and Experienced:

- Holds a current OT license in Massachusetts (dual license in NH a plus).

- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as an occupational therapist in a pediatric setting, including experience working with children with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

- Proven experience with sensory integration, handwriting programs, strengthening programs, and primitive reflexes.

- Holds current CPR and First Aid certifications.

This hourly position is an after school position for 3-4 days/week (3-7 pm with start/ end time flexibility and ability to grow) and the possibility to build a Sat AM caseload. Hours can change in the summer to accommodate summer time work life integration. This position will be primarily at our Rowley location, with the possibility of also working in our Amesbury location.

Our OTPs also become trained and certified in the evidence based EXERSHINEkids POWER Bootcamp program, which was created, developed and researched by KidSHINE's clinic owner.
