Description

Construction Estimator - Public Projects ($30m) - Southern MA - Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Chief Estimator
  • Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
  • Generating conceptual, schematic, lump sum, GMP, design development, and other types of estimates
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
  • Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

Profile

Construction Estimator - Public Projects ($30m) - Southern MA - Successful Candidate:

  • 10+ years experience
  • Experience supervising public/commercial projects
  • BIM/VDC, P6, procore software experience is required

Job Offer
