Opportunity to join an established, tech forward, aesthetically pristine practice located in Springfield, MA.

A few highlights:

• Excellent location right in the heart of Springfield, MA
• CBCT, 3-D Printer, CEREC PrimeScan. We continually evaluate our technology and embrace new tech when we see it will help us and our patients.
• Established patient based. Majority Fee for Service. We accept Delta Premier but the majority of our patients are Fee for Service.
• Higher fees. Higher acceptance rates. And comprehensive treatment plans that generally average over $6,000 per patient.
• Currently offered: All Preventative and General Dental Services, Periodontal Therapy, Zoom Whitening, Composite Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Implant Surgery, Sinus Lifts, Endodontics, Extractions with Bone Grafts and Membranes, Dentures and Partials. We are able to perform All on X but there has not been much demand. We place single implants almost every day.
• Sedation: Oral Conscious is offered with Nitrous Oxide
• Doctors work 1-2 columns.
• True team approach. We emphasize autonomy while also offering an environment that allows for collaboration and support.
• We have a great flow of new patients and will fill up your schedule quickly. We never stop marketing and that includes TV ads.
• Work with other tenured doctors who are available to help out if/when needed. Plenty of support for when you want to go on vacation or need time off.
• We have a wonderful support staff and very little turnover.

Who is a fit?

• MUST HAVE worked the last/previous two years, or more, outside of a training environment.
• We are thorough and comprehensive. This is not a patient mill or anything close. Must have great chairside manner and always strive for clinical excellence.
• Personal and professional backgrounds will be considered.
• Unable to sponsor visas of any kind as we are for-profit without academic ties.

Financials:

We anticipate, based on historical data, realistic earnings for this role to be between $235k and $300k (or more) depending on skillset, pace, and experience.
