We're looking for a practice management operations analyst to join our ranks. The business solutions consulting team serves many needs for Commonwealth advisors, from transition support to practice management consulting. In this role, you will be integral in transforming and improving the team's processes and efficiency, analyzing data to drive business decisions, and facilitating team communication and events. You will support an extensive range of operational processes and procedures across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing processes and workflows across the team to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings, and making recommendations
  • Supporting the planning and execution of operational projects
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Identifying potential operational risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Managing additional administrative duties
  • Facilitating team-wide meetings
  • Organizing and managing team resources
  • Coordinating and cultivating team events and culture

Core Strengths and Skills

  • 2-4 years of operational or financial services experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organization skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with CRM software a plus (Salesforce in particular)
  • Project management experience a plus
