Description

The PM is responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of commercial floor covering projects
• Tracking and managing all project paperwork including all subcontractors, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, etc.
• Ensuring that all work is performed according to company standards and within the time frame allotted
• Maintaining a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations and safety measures
• Working closely with the client to ensure that all project goals are met

• Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at the forefront of each project

Profile

The right PM has the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of previous relevant flooring project management experience
• Prior experience working with large Boston-based commercial GCs
• Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Exel + Word
• OSHA-Certified (understanding of OSHA regulations + safety measures)
• Comfortable with both on-site + in-office settings

Job Offer

The PM will receive:

• Base salary up to $130K (based on previous experience)
• Monthly travel allowance
