We are seeking a highly experienced Project Executive (PX) to lead our Water/Wastewater division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects in this sector and will be responsible for driving project success while ensuring client satisfaction. This role is vital to our growth strategy in the water/wastewater market.

Description

The Project Executive will be responsible for:

• Provide strategic oversight for water and wastewater projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for project challenges.
• Build and maintain confidential relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Profile

The Project Executive will have:

• 15+ years of project management experience in the water/wastewater industry, with a strong track record of managing projects exceeding $10 million.
• In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, P6) and relevant technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
