We are currently seeking an Intake Coordinator who will be responsible for processing patient referrals from a variety of referral sources, including but not limited to hospitals, doctor's offices, rehabs, assisted living facilities. The Intake Coordinator will work directly with branches and leadership to timely and effectively coordinate patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED and a college degree
  • Must be able to work after hours on-call schedule
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Effective Communication
