Job Title: Benefits Administrator
Location: Clinton Township, fully onsite
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Our client, a leader in human resource outsourcing and labor law compliance, is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their team. Since 1998, they've been providing payroll, tax management, HR, employee benefits, and risk management services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and submit information for underwriting
    • Collect data from sales representatives and submit it to insurance providers for health plan underwriting
    • This includes building and submitting census information.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks
    • Handle filing, mailing, and other general administrative duties related to employee benefits.
  • Communication
    • Collaborate with team members and providers via email, phone, and in person.

Qualifications:

  • Must Have:
    • Knowledge of employee benefits.
    • Experience with benefits from any HR-related background will be considered.
  • Preferred:
    • Brokerage experience is a plus.
