Job description

The instructional systems designer is responsible for designing and developing effective learning materials and programs to improve the performance of individuals and organizations.

The ideal candidate will work with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, develop learning objectives, design instructional materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.

Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to identify and analyze training needs.

Develop learning objectives and design instructional materials, including online courses, manuals, job aids, and multimedia materials.

Use adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary improvements.

Develop assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback to learners.

Research and stay up-to-date on instructional design trends and technologies.

Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project completion.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and e-learning technologies.

Proficiency with instructional design software and authoring tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to analyze and interpret data, make data-driven decisions.

Proven capability in developing effective training strategy.

Experience Required:

3+ years working as instructional designer

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
