We are in search of a Full Time RN/LPN for all shifts to provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures and to assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Free Ins. Option

Flex position available. Increased wage scale for Flex employees.

Wages:
RN: $43.00/hour - $46.50/hour (Based on experience)
LPN: $36.25/hour - $39.00/hour (Based on experience)
+$1.00 per hour more for candidates who have an MSN or BSN
Including $3.40/hour MI pass through until 09.01.25

Qualified candidates will have:
The ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional interpersonal skills
The ability to work every other weekend
A valid Michigan Nursing License

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement policies & procedures.
Supervise and Lead all direct resident care.
Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician's orders and accurately record all care provided.
Assess residents and develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on individual needs.
Work cooperatively with residents, nursing staff, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies and ancillary service providers to ensure residents receive the appropriate care.
