Job description

Position Overview:

Cabinet Builder / Carpenter to bring their expertise and creativity to our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinetry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Construct and assemble custom cabinetry according to specifications and design plans.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to ensure precision in cutting, shaping, and fitting materials.
  • Interpret blueprints and design plans to deliver high-quality, custom-built cabinetry.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Perform on-site installations and adjust as needed to ensure perfect fit and finish.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the building and installation process.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Builder / Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in carpentry is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
