Job responsibilities include:

• Oversee all subcontractors and trades
• Project schedule
• Assurance program
• Safety program
• Project constructability and value engineering.
• Manage material and equipment.
• Job closeout and provide Owner occupancy training
• Meetings to keep job on budget and on time

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, preferred, or at least 5 years of commercial construction experience.
