Job description

Customer Service Manager for a Full Time position with a client located in Wyoming, Michigan, Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Logistics, Multi-Site, E-commerce. would be a plus!

Salary Range: $90-$120K/Annum ; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:

Work Experience: 5 years of experience in leading a Customer Service team

Education: College degree in Business Administration, Business Management, related field, or comparable demonstrated working experience in Customer Service Management

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP systems, order management systems, customer relationship management systems, customer portals and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer-base; good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
