Position Details

Provide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of children/youth and increased family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered primarily in an identified school within Kent County and in home/community to support the work. Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis response. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

Position Requirements:

Masters Degree in social work or related field
State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC / LLP etc.) required
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance and Clean driving record
Prior experience working with children and families preferred
Knowledge of school systems / supports in Kent County preferred
