Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the successful"communication between outside sales representative, attorney and clinic.

Position Duties

The position requires the following primary duties to be successful:

  • Develop and implement proper communication methods between outside sales and call center
  • Identify and assess future and current protocols for scheduling outside lead
  • Work alongside training and compliance lead to ensure proper scheduling protocols are in place
  • The liaison between all parties in the sales process

        • Outside sales referrals are successfully scheduled"
        • Communication with attorneys are professional
        • Relationships with attorneys are successful
        • Reduce referral source complaints
        • Successfully reduce referral source departures
        • Track referrals in and out per referral source
        • Mastery of Case manager, NextGen, Salesforce when deployed, other
        • Monitor and manage internet reputation management

                                        Position Requirements
                                        • Minimum Education Level:" Bachelor's"acceptable with appropriate"years of"experience
                                        • Experience:"3+"years of Experience"in Management"
                                        • Preferred: Ability to multi-task under time pressure
