Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Position $500,000 Base Salary

$500,000 Base salary with a % of collections, $1,000,000 First Year Potential.

Experienced support staff that includes CRNA and NP.

My client has a thriving private Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Detroit, MI. The practice offers a quick ramp up with skilled support staff. There is also an opportunity for partnership after 12 months with the practice.

Financials:

$500,000 base salary with % of collections.

Potential of $1,000,000+ a year.

Paid best of guaranteed daily or production percentage.

Practice Schedule:

Flexible hours and number of shifts per week.

Office is open Monday through Friday.

Practice Details:

Technology-focused office with abundant resources and state-of-the-art equipment.

Practice has a General Dentist, NP and CRNA making the office very efficient.

Experienced support staff with most being there for 10 years.

Other:

Partnership opportunity as soon as 12 months
